We are really excited to work with Cervizzi's Martial Art Academy, the local Karate establishment Located in South Lynnfield. This is for children between ages 2.5 to 4 years old. In this class they will learn basic stretches and movements to get the body moving. They will also work with the kids on basic karate  punches, kicks and blocks while using bags as targets. This will help the kids with hand to eye coordination as well as balance. Karate is a great and positive way to teach your child confidence and to have a "can do" attitude about them.

The class will run for 40 minutes. We need at least 7 children to participate and the **Maximum amount we can take is 12 kids**, so please RSVP via evite only if you can definitely attend. Please let us know if need to cancel so we can offer your spot to another child.
