Join us for a fun mom's night out of learning how to create a dripping ice cream cone, chocolate ganache, cake. Lynnfield's own, Pam Reska-Shapleigh will be our instructor. Her cake decorating classes through the LLCS sell out fast but she's offered an exclusive class to LMG!
Pam will provide the ingredients and tools neccissary to make the buttercream and ganache. Please bring two unfrosted cakes to class. To make the cakes use 2 box cakes, fill one pan per box mix in an 8" pan (1.5 boxes split into 3rds if using a 6" pan). If you have a cake turning stand feel free to bring it, but it's not mandatory.
